We have a guest speaker: Cllr Louise Gittins, Leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council, who will be leading a discussion on Cheshire devolution, the formation of a combined authority and an elected mayor. We'll also hear a parliamentary report from Andrew Cooper MP.
